Today I wanted to share a little more about my newest paranormal romance, My Viking Vampire!
Step into the world and get a more in depth look at one of the characters, Bailey Ross. You can also check out my Pinterest Board for some of the inspiration for my world and the people in it!
Name: Bailey Ross (D’Roth)
Year Born: 2070
Eye Color: Human/Brown Vampire/Blue
Hair Color: Brunette
Favorite Color: Blue
How would you describe yourself? I can be a little messy, which drives Erick crazy. But mostly I would say strong. I’m a fighter.
How does Erick describe you? He calls me his beautiful warrior.
Most memorable moment? I think I would have to say the first time Erick kissed me. After that, I knew my life would never be the same again.
What is always in your refrigerator? Not much anymore, LOL. It would have been fresh pineapple, but now that I drink blood food doesn’t hold the same appeal. Erick does keep an excellent bottle of scotch around and I’ve learned to really enjoy that.
What is most important in your life? My mate, Erick. And the friends I’ve made in Sanctuary. This town is my home and everyone in it is part of my family now.
Do you have any phobias? I am terrified of being restrained. Erick is working through it with me using his love of BDSM, but it’s slow going. I don’t know if I’ll ever truly get past it, but I’m doing better each day. I can say that the rewards Erick gives me for trying are well worth the anxiety it causes me. *wink*
Book 1 in the Sanctuary, Texas series
Genre: Paranormal Romance
Heat: Super Hot with some light BDSM elements
Bailey Ross’ world is crumbling around her. Her abusive ex, a human, is closing in on her again, and to make matters worse, a new enemy, a djinn, is stalking her. This supernatural being takes great pleasure in human pain, something Bailey has in excess thanks to her ex. If she’s caught by either, she’s as good as dead.
Backed into a corner and desperate to escape, she does something she swore wouldn’t ever be possible again –trusting a man. And he’s a vampire.
Protection via the sexy vampire Erick Thorson may prove to be a little more than she bargained for. Sparks fly between them and she finds herself agreeing to more than just protection. Though he has promised not to let anyone harm her, the small west Texas town is more than it seems and he may not be able to make good on his vow no matter how hard he tries.
Will Sanctuary be the home Bailey longs for or will she have to die to find out?
