I had so much fun meeting new people and hanging out with friends. I learned a lot about the business of publishing and a lot of stuff about writing too that will really help take my writing up a notch. I’m so excited and pumped up for the new year. I wanted to share with you some of the moments I had.
First, I got my hair done! Bright purple highlights! I absolutely love them.
Then I made sure to pack my fabulous Jennifer Kacey t-shirt! And my writer t-shirt!
Now for the workshops! One of my favorites was with Bella Andre and Barbara Freethy, another by Sarah MacLean was really great too. There were so many.

Then the banquet or RITA awards ended the week with a bang!
On the way home we stopped at a giant store called Buck-ees. It was a cross between a walmart and a cracker barrel store.
Great times!
Now I must sleep to make up for not sleeping for a week!
